Naropa was grappling with an outdated website, unfocused messaging, the perception of the lack of academic rigor and an overall incohesive approach to all of their assets. Following extensive field research, we developed and unified brand messaging, and graphic presentation across all university branding, digital/print collateral, website (4,000 pages) and videos.
We helped build consensus from stakeholders and provided training to targeted marketing team members for a new digital marketing paradigm. We also created and implemented digital marketing strategies built around naropa.edu, social media and SEM. Overall CTR for campaigns was 3.29%. Google states any CTR over 1% is very strong. Website traffic doubled.
